tl;dr
The Story Itself
- We finally visit Aira's and Shinatsu's worlds! This was my biggest complaint about I Wish, finally solved.
- I like the way the characters find out about and break out of their pre-programming.
- I like how the very same method is used against them.
- We also finally see some alter characters! Wish there were more, though.
- Another sequel is possible, I think. Although my reasoning is somewhat shallow.
- The weird alphabet in the side content has meaning.

The Story Itself
The Alternate Worlds
I was hooked immediately when the trailer showed that Landosol isn't the capital of Astraea in the alternate servers. It's a really great way to use a location that has only been featured once and a location that has only appeared in text up until now.
Perhaps this also reveals that this event and I Wish have been planned all the way since 2023, considering the Romancing Sarasaria event. Without that event, Sarasaria would've felt like it came out of nowhere. After all, I doubt they'd write up about a whole new location only to go "yup, let's never revisit this place ever again".
Oedo has always been the Japan stand-in up until now even though it's only supposed to be a town inspired by the actual place that's supposed to be a Japan stand-in, Togoku. Even Rei comments on this, she thought Togoku was similar to Oedo, even though it's the other way around.

Really nice worldbuilding. I remember talking about how they should flesh out Sarasaria by showing how things work outside the kingdom like how the Bandit Returns event fleshed out Gio Gehenna by showing us how things work outside Nephi's jurisdiction, and now I finally get actual Sarasaria worldbuilding. It's a different Sarasaria, but you get my point. As for Togoku, well, congratulations to Ninon, I guess. Also, it's a bit disappointing how she didn't appear despite being mentioned by Shinatsu back in I Wish. I'll talk about that in another section, but I guess you could write it off as Ninon travelling around to look for inspiration.
If you wish hard enough, things will go your way
That's basically the "message" of this event. The event delivers this message by revealing that the people in the alternate worlds are all pre-programmed and have no free will because they're only simulations run by Vision Empress. Naturally, with that reveal, the event is pretty much saying "aren't you curious to see how they will break out?".
The reveal that the people are bound to a program starts at episode 3. The episodes before this is about the loredump about the nightmares, the admins reuniting with their counterparts, them delivering the news about Vision Empress, and Hiyori showing off her dangerously tight curves.

The Reveal - Shinatsu
So, after Rei tells Shinatsu about Vision Empress, they resolve to find a way to stop it, but not today. Because Shinatsu has students she needs to watch over. Rei goes along with her thinking that rushing things won't solve anything anyway.
After some introduction and lying about how Rei and Shinatsu are related, Rei notices one student being weird. Shinatsu goes to him and tells him to take a break, but he can't stop. He's just about to say that he needs to keep training so that he can stop his nightmares from becoming reality...but he then reveals that he physically can't stop swinging his sword.
Shinatsu then reveals that the people here are bound to their programming. If it's time to train, they will train and there's nothing they can do about it. If it's time to watch your students train, you will watch your students train and there's nothing you can do about it.

Shinatsu is also bound to the program.
However, Rei finds this strange. Shinatsu has already broke out of her programming by visiting her world. Surely leaving your simulated world to visit the original world shouldn't be a part of the program? Vision Empress runs these simulations so that she can find the perfect world to turn the real world into, and one of the admins running away surely would impede her progress. Shinatsu takes note of this, and wonders what she can do.
When training time is over, Shinatsu gathers all her students.
...and pretty much just dumps everything. Even Rei is shocked.

Shinatsu then speaks to her students like how a coach speaks when their team is losing. Shinatsu says about how she believes in them, about how their will will shape the future, about how their will will be the power to break out of the chains that is the program.
She then takes off her face veil so that she can speak more clearly. Her students are surprised since it's their first time seeing her without it. She continues her speech, then puts it back on because her social anxiety kicks in.
Her students begs her to take it back off to the point of kneeling. Shinatsu reluctantly agrees, and the students erupt in excitement and goes back to train because they're just that hyped. Rei tells them to knock it off because training time is over...wait, they're training even though it's not the time to?
The students have successfully broke out of their programming thanks to their wish to see Shinatsu's face. An error shows up on Shinatsu's admin logs saying that there's too much NPCs that's straying from their usual routine. Too much of this and the simulations might stop.
There's their way out! Even though they're a bit doubtful since it might get their world deleted to give more resource to the main server, they decide to take the risk.
The Reveal - Aira
The reveal takes a more humorous approach in Aira's world. Shinatsu, Rei and KSKN go to Aira's world. After the usual reunion stuff, Shinatsu and Rei notice that everyone there is partying. Aira made that day a holiday. Shinatsu is amazed at Aira being able to figure out how to rebel against the program that quickly.

Turns out Aira just likes partying.
Thoughts on the reveal
I really like the contrast here. Shinatsu was all serious, while Aira didn't event realize the she was rebelling. You can clearly see the differences in their personalities.
Love the humor in Shinatsu's students and Aira in general. I'm impressed at how they managed to weave the humor into the plot instead of it being a separate thing. I don't mind the latter, but obviously doing it this way is just better.
I thought it was strange that the program was found out the same way in Aira's world as it did in Shinatsu's world. I thought it'd be interesting if Aira's world is a world where parties are programmed to happen 24/7 and the way they'd break out of that is for Aira to stop being the easy-going goddess she is and tell everyone to go to fucking work. However, if you remember the Romancing Sarasaria event, Sarasaria is a pretty big merchant kingdom. It's to the point where Mifuyu goes there to look for work and Saren and Ruka being depicted as merchants in the OST album cover.

It'd add to the contrast if it's this way, but thinking about it, the way it is in the story still makes sense.
A Taste of Your Own Medicine
After filling in Aira on what's going on, Aira and the rest decide to push things even harder by partying harder. Shinatsu makes a bad pun, error message. KSKN brings in more food, last warning message. A countdown starts. Everyone gets excited. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1....
BAM, suddenly, Kasier Insight shows up and starts stirring shit. The group starts wondering, shouldn't he also be bound to the program? And that's when it hit them; they're not the only ones who can wish. The only differences is that he wishes for destruction, and not freedom.

He then corrects the group, he comes bringing salvation, and not destruction. Why? Because Aira and Shinatsu are shoving their own beliefs to their people. They both want freedom, the rest? Couldn't care less. The two are also putting people in danger by pushing them away from their routines. This shakes their beliefs. They try to attack, but even that is also pre-programmed, "there will be a person who climbs the Sol Tower and challenges Kaiser Insight". Since they're not in Sol Tower, the attacks don't work.
Kaiser Insight retreats, inviting the group to Sol Tower for the real showdown.
Thoughts on this part
I really like how the thing that the protagonists figured out was also used by the antagonist here. He's being a dick as usual, but I also think it's somewhat "sad" that even him of all people has to adhere to the programming somewhat, with him having to retreat to Sol Tower before fighting. You could see him as being suicidal here? His attacks certainly did damage when he first appeared and it seemed he could easily just murder everyone assuming the programming really is one-way, with him being able to harm but not being able to be harmed. There's also the post-credit scene where he wished to be deleted by Minerva. If he, of all people, came to the conclusion that the only way out of being shackled by Vision Empress is to be deleted...it really emphasizes Vision Empress' influence on, well, everything, doesn't it?
Or maybe he simply wanted to play his role as the final boss so that the world can finally stop looping, which would explain why he said he came bringing salvation. Man...it's really hard to wrap my head around this. I fucking hate him so much, but I can't deny that he's a quite complex villain.
By the time of writing this, I'm also reading the main story update. Honestly, at this point, are we even gonna fight Warlock? Thinking about it, Vision Empress, Liza, Alshat and Freyja again would make a pretty good raid already. And seeing how weakened our main characters are right now, maybe the rest of the cast will actually join in the raid instead of having everything being carried by Bishokuden? You know, to make it feel like an actual RAID?
The Alter Characters
Before we go on, I'm gonna have a quick rundown on all alter characters mentioned so far:
- Rin: Also known as the Legendary Acorn Ranger, but somehow made a name for herself in the underworld in Shinatsu's world.
- Yukari: Known as the "Demonic Treasurer" in Aira's world. Super strict, doesn't drink.
- Ninon: Known as the "Master of Haikus" in Shinatsu's world. Travels the world for inspiration. Influential.
- Anna: The same person, but is a painter instead of a writer in Shinatsu's world. (lol)
- Shinobu: Extremely abusive to Skulldad in Aira's world. To the point Aira begged Shinobu not to "split him in half" when he flirted with her.
- Misato: Is a battle instructor and was the one who trained Cry. Strict to the point of training Cry until she puked, although she's grateful for that.
- Hatsune: Is a lieutenant, Misato's second-in-command.
They're all only mentioned in text so far, and now we're finally revisiting the alternate worlds, guess who's finally shown?
NONE OF THEM.
Instead, they introduce more alter characters instead of showing us the ones that have been mentioned before. I'm not going to lie, this is a very baffling decision. If you pay attention, most of the characters listed above all follow the same pattern: take one of their character traits, then jack it up. NONE of the new alter characters follow this pattern.
- Kaori: Is an influencer. Dances around the world to spread her hometown's culture. Basically the same character but she wants to spread culture now.
- Tamaki: Doesn't end her sentences with -nya. Although Hiyori made her start doing that anyway.
- Kazumasa: Is a shogun. Extremely irresponsible and just wants to fish.
- Monika: Embraces her childish side. Refers to herself in 3rd person and isn't afraid of eating sweets in the public.
The closest thing that follows the pattern is Kazumasa. But why...Kazumasa? Why not one of the girls?
I really like Monika's alter though, I think reversing a character trait is also a pretty nice way to write an alter character. After all, when writing an alter character, the goal is to highlight a character's trait, either by cranking it up to a ridiculous degree or reversing it. And for Monika, they took the latter approach. For the latter approach, the trope is called Foil.
Kaori's alter took neither approach. They just tacked a new character trait on her. Could've simply added that to the regular Kaori.
Tamaki's alter I guess achieves it? But WHY of all the traits that you could pick for Tamaki, you pick her speech pattern? So, let's quickly analyze Tamaki. She's a businesswoman that belongs to Mercurius Foundation, is a noble thief, and likes cats because she's one herself. Why not pick one of that? You could make it so that she's a lazy bastard thanks to the influence of Aira's world. Or you could make it so that she's an asshole thief that steals from everyone. Or for a joke-y approach, make her like dogs instead because the cats in Aira's worlds are all assholes or something. You could even weave this to the actual plot by also making it the reason Umbra followed Hiyori to the original world.
Another Sequel?
Uh, who the fuck is Umbra? It's the black cat that that appears in SaHiyori's winning animation.

This time, this little feline is part of the actual plot unlike Clear's penguin. It's how the group discovered the red security fog only goes after admins of other worlds, and not just creatures from other worlds in general. And now that Aira and Shinatsu have lost their admin status, they can visit the original world anytime without the fear of being possessed again.
You could see this as a hint for another sequel where Aira and Shinatsu visit the original world again. Or you could see this as a hint that they'll help out in a future raid. Or you could see this simply as a way for them to justify playable Aira and Shinatsu.
I think the biggest hint is in the title. Notice that there's a coma.

I Wish, And I Will
....Will what? It's probably referring to wanting to grasp this hand as per the subtitle. But I'm focusing on the coma here. My point is, I don't think it's over yet until we see a period.
Yeah, I think I'm a bit stretching it here, but there must be a reason the coma made it into the event logo in the first place.

With this, we can see that it says Sarasaria and Togoku respectively. Yes, Sarasaria, and not Salasaria. This is a very minor thing, but people argue all the time about Rs and Ls, so here's official confirmation.
Overall Thoughts
The main plotline of this event is pretty nice. Love the way the characters figured things out, and how the villain used the same thing against them. We finally get to explore the other worlds, but the alters could've been better handled. Maybe in the next sequel. GBF has a trilogy anniversary event, so we can definitely get it, too.
Difficulty
I Wish was easy, and And Will is the same. Nothing much to say here. Some loredump during Rei/Shinatsu conversations slowed me down a bit, but it wasn't that big of a deal, or a deal at all, kek.
100% comprehension, 1040/1040 A bit on the shorter side for an anniversary event, I think. Compared to I Wish that had 2500~ lines which makes it the longest event in Priconne EVER. I suppose this is a half-anniv event, not a full one.

- everyone from the two worlds cheer on (read: wish for) aira and shinatsu
- kaiser starts losing his powers
- eris is behind everything, she broadcasts the fight to both worlds
- yui is helping too
- everyone wishes to be with aira, be with shinatsu, and to live
- the wish is granted by minerva
- aira and shinatsu start to remininsce the last time the failed to stop the loops
- at least they met everyone then, but now they're actually getting somewhere
- the four go for the kills
- it lands
- and now, the two servers proceed to a new phase
epilogue:
- few days after kaiser is defeated, hiyori is returning to her original server
- wants to return, but can't because aira lost her admin privileges
- that's good...right? you can live as a normal girl now
- kskn sends hiyori back home
- same thing happens with shinatsu and rei
- when everyone's wish was granted, she heard minerva's voice for the last time
- after that, no more minerva's remnants
- kskn also sends rei back home
- back home, twinkle wish is now doing some monster hunting
- man, i miss them already!
- wish they could come here and visit, but that red fogwill just get in the way
- oh, you also miss them, do you little kitty?
- wait...aren't you from another world?
- no red fog!?
- this means the fog only went after other admins, not other creatures from other servers in general!
- let's go!
- meanwhile, the three admins are just remembering the promised they made
- aira turned down invitation to drink
- shinatsu left training early
- eris is the first one there
