Weiss Schwarz Results

Sometime in November 2025, I discovered that there's a card store near the bus station I usually use. I decided to drop by to see if I could meet some other Shadowverse players. Well, there were, but most of them were into Evolve and not Beyond. However, I did find this Priconne S2 Weiss Schwarz booster box. Impulse kicked in and I just bought it.

I will cherish all 144 cards. I have sleeved them, put them in toploaders, and put them inside a card binder. Yes, even the bulk and the dupes. I used to collect Animal Kaiser cards and Beyblades as a kid, and all of them have disintegrated to dust somewhere in my house at this point. I don't want that to happen to my Priconne cards.

Also, the store has confirmed that they'll be stocking the Shadowverse Evolve collab set that's happening in January 2026. I'll definitely revisit if it turns out Beyond gets nothing. I'll probably get upcharged, but I'd rather pay more than risk my cards getting quite literally torn in two by Indonesian customs.

Hits

So! You must be curious to see my pull results. To start things off, here is the box topper I got, Pecorine in her idol outfit!

I wish it were the Kokkoro one, honestly. But eh, Pecorine looks cute too.

Next, is the guaranteed hit. It’s Maho!

Unfortunately, this is the only hit I got, and it’s just the regular ass holo, too. The big hits would be the signed cards. Oh well, that’s card games for you.

Bulk Cards

Next up are the bulks. I honestly have no idea how the rarity in Weiss Schwarz works, so I’ll just sort things by guild.

Statistics

Each box has 144 cards (16 pack x 9 cards) in it plus the 1 boxtopper, hence the 145 total.

Here are some fun statistics:

• Characters that are absent: Misato, Illya, Shinobu, Akari, Yori, Suzume, Mahiru, Rima, Rin, Akino, Yukari, Mifuyu, Io, Ayumi
• Characters whose guildmates are all absent: Miyako, Shiori, Tamaki
• Characters who are the only absent member of their respective guild: Misato, Ayumi, Suzume, Io
• Most cards: Pecorine. Would’ve been tied with Kokkoro if it weren’t for the boxtopper.
• The three Little Lyrical cards' art combine into one big artwork. Also applies to Hatsune and Shiori. I wonder if boxes are rigged so that if you get one of them, you get all of them?
• Completely absent guild: Twinkle Wish. Season 3 when?

Pictures

Here are pictures of my binder so you can actually see the cards. They’re all in penny sleeves, toploaders AND inside the binder. Surely 3 layers of plastic is enough protection.

Some Complaints

• Kaiser Insight is fucking ugly.
• I can barely see Nanaka in her card. It’s way too dark. Literally.
• Kaori also has this problem, although to a much lesser extent.
• Not exactly a complain, but I counted the Ruka card where she’s fighting Christina as a Ruka card only and not a group card. This is because you don’t really see Christina’s face, only her sideboobs.

Conclusion

In closing, I had a lot of fun opening this box. Ripping the packs was exciting. Putting all the cards into penny sleeves, and then into the toploaders, and then sorting them into the binder was also oddly therapeutic.

This is in stark contrast to opening Shadowverse Worlds Beyond digital packs where I continue to seethe at pulling my 5th copy of a legendary. Pulling my first copy of a legendary of a class I don’t play and not being able to vial it away is also incredibly frustrating.

Anyway, I don’t plan to actually play Weiss Schwars. I’m looking forward to the Evolve collab, hoping that Worlds Beyond also gets it.
